Experience: 3+ YearsLocation: Aurangabad, MaharashtraEmployment Type: Full-time, In-Person RoleABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYAs a 3D Visualiser, you will be collaborating closely with clients, architects, and project management team, you will be responsible for translating visions into reality by conceptualizing and creating high quality renders. Your expertise and creative finesse will be vital in elevating the overall quality and innovation of our designs.This is a full time, onsite position based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:- You will be responsible for creating 3D models for project visualization and high-quality renders. - Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to project completion, ensuring a seamless and unparalleled experience for our clients. - Collaborate with architects and contractors to integrate design elements seamlessly into the construction process. - Source and liaise with vendors, artisans, and suppliers to procure materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with the project's design vision. - Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modeling data, as specified within projects, and realize those designs as compelling imagery. - In addition to core rendering and animation skills, this will include 3D modeling. - This position focuses not only on visualization but also explores experimental application development for projects and alternative presentation techniques. Candidates should also be organized in file management and have high sensitivity and attention to detail.QUALIFICATIONS• Certificate software course or Bachelor's in Architecture or Interior Design.• Proven experience of at least 3+ years as a 3D Visualiser, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise.• In-depth knowledge of furniture design, lighting, textiles, and color theory.• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop required.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.• Knowledge of visualization techniques across software platforms such as 3ds Max and Corona.• Additional knowledge of programming software is also beneficial. Understanding of the 3D visualization production processes for modeling, texturing, lighting, and environment setup, as well as real-time application development, is critical.• Advanced knowledge of digital material creation methods, lighting, and texturing; Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino is a plus); Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).SALARY AND BENEFITS• Salary based on experience• 15 Days PTO - other than company holidaysTO APPLYSubmit your resume and portfolio to careers@ for consideration.This is not a hybrid position
