The Culinary Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lectures, guiding practical culinary sessions, and assessing students' performance. The role involves developing course materials, ensuring curriculum relevance, and providing mentorship to culinary students. Collaboration with colleagues and staying updated with industry trends will also be an integral part of the job.Qualifications- Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques - Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching methodologies - Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively - Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and industry standards - Creativity and innovation in culinary arts and the ability to inspire students - Industry experience as a professional chef or culinary expert is advantageous - Degree or certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field - Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
