The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, integration, and support of RMS and ReSA modules in a cloud environment, ensuring seamless retail operations and financial accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and support Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) on Oracle Retail v16+ CloudAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutionsHandle end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and rolloutsConfigure RMS core modules including:Item setup & hierarchySupplier & cost managementPricing, promotions, and replenishmentInventory managementConfigure and support ReSA:Sales audit rulesTransaction validation & error handlingIntegration with POS systemsFinancial posting and reconciliationWork on cloud-based integrations with:POS systemsOracle Financials / ERPExternal systems via REST/SOAP APIsSupport data migration, validation, and reconciliationPerform UAT support, defect resolution, and production supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams including business, finance, and ITPrepare functional documentation, configurations, and SOPsEnsure adherence to Oracle Retail best practices and security standardsRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Oracle Retail RMS & ReSAStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail v16+ CloudSolid understanding of retail business processesExperience in POS integration and sales auditingKnowledge of batch jobs, schedulers, and retail data flowsExperience with SQL / PL-SQL for data analysis and troubleshootingFamiliarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware is a plusExperience with cloud environments and Oracle-managed servicesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsGood to HaveExperience with other Oracle Retail modules:SIM, RPM, ReIM, or AllocationExposure to OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)Prior experience in retail domain (fashion, grocery, specialty retail)Oracle Retail certification(s)EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
