Centre Head or Center Manager – Pre-School (Female)The Center Head or Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children, and leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning. - Ensure effective implementation of the ECCE curriculum. - Manage, mentor, and supervise teachers, caregivers, and support staff. - Conduct classroom observations and support teacher development. - Handle parent interactions, counselling, and grievance resolution. - Drive admissions, enrolment growth, and retention. - Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and open-house events. - Ensure child safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance. - Maintain records, reports, and coordination with management.Required SkillsStrong leadership and people-management skills- Knowledge of Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) - Excellent parent-handling and communication skills - Operational and administrative capability - Admissions and outreach experience - Problem-solving and multitasking abilityQualifications;- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education.Preferred Skills;- Experience with curriculum development. - Knowledge of child development principles.
