The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems, implementing object-oriented programming solutions, building robust web applications, and collaborating with front-end developers to ensure seamless user experiences. The Senior PHP Developer will also contribute to software development projects, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers within the team. Candidates should have a strong background in programming and a passion for creating scalable, high-quality web applications.Qualifications:- Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) - Proficiency in Front-End Development to collaborate effectively on full-stack projects - Experience in Software Development and Programming to build reliable, scalable applications - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex development challenges - Experience with PHP frameworks and knowledge of MySQL, APIs, and RESTful services - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile workflows - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldMust Have Skills:- Strong hands-on experience with CodeIgniter and Laravel (MANDATORY) - Advanced knowledge of PHP, OOP, and MVC frameworks - Proficiency in MySQL / relational databases - Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs - Strong debugging and performance optimization skills - Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldGood to Have:- Experience working with legacy CodeIgniter systems - Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery - Exposure to AWS / cloud infrastructure - Experience with Redis, Memcached, or caching strategies - Understanding of application security best practices - CI/CD and deployment experience
