More details as below.Notice Period: Immediate-15 daysContract: Longterm ContractWork: PAN INDIAMin:7+ YearsKey ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced SAP LE Manager to lead the design, delivery, and governance of logistics execution solutions across global supply chain operations. This role involves managing a team of consultants, partnering with business leaders, driving end to end SAP S/4HANA logistics initiatives, and ensuring consistent process excellence in inbound, outbound, shipping, and transportation. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall SAP LE strategy, roadmap, and solution governance for logistics processes. Manage and mentor a team of SAP LE/SD/MM/EWM consultants; ensure high-quality project delivery. Oversee requirement gathering, solution architecture, fit-gap analysis, and end to end design approval. Ensure strong integration with SD, MM, FI, WM/EWM, TM, and 3PL/carrier systems. Own project planning, timelines, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication. Drive quality across build, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, deployment, and hypercare phases. Review and approve RICEFW specifications; ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Champion S/4HANA best practices, Fiori adoption, process automation, and continuous improvement. Manage vendor coordination, effort estimation, budgets, and resource planning. Establish documentation standards, SOPs, training plans, and operational KPIs. Required Experience 12–15+ years of total SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP LE. Experience leading 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA or large ECC upgrade/rollout programs. Strong functional understanding of inbound/outbound logistics, HUM, transportation, goods movements, and shipping processes. Proven experience managing global stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners. Solid integration knowledge: SD, MM, WM/EWM, TM, IDoc/ALE, and logistics interfaces. Ability to manage escalation, drive decisions, and align senior business stakeholders. Leadership & Soft Skills Strong people manager with capability to coach and develop a consulting team. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management. Strategic thinking with hands on problem-solving ability when required. Ability to operate in fast-paced, global, multi project environments. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields (Master’s preferred). SAP certifications in LE, SD/MM, or S/4HANA are a plus.
