About the JobAre you an experienced Operations Engineer looking to influence asset performance at a senior level?As we continue to support long-term FPSO and FPU operations, we are looking for a Senior Operations Engineer to provide onshore operational and technical support to FPSO/FPU assets, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient offshore operations.This role is ideal for a driven operations professional who excels in maintenance governance, operational performance, shutdown readiness, and cross functional coordination in complex offshore environments.If you thrive in high tempo, safety critical offshore operations and enjoy solving complex operational challenges, we encourage you to apply.About UsOCS Services is a leading provider of Operations & Maintenance, Asset Integrity Management, and Integrated Crew Management solutions to the offshore energy sector.Established as a joint venture between Planet Energy and BW Offshore, OCS operates across Singapore, India, UAE, Brazil, Côte d’Ivoire, and Nigeria, supporting long-term offshore production assets worldwide.We are guided by four core values: Trust · Driven · Care · InnovationLearn more: You Will Do- Provide onshore operational oversight and technical support to FPSO/FPU units, aligned with approved Operational Performance Standards (OPS) - Monitor offshore operational performance, production availability, and equipment reliability, identifying risks, trends, and improvement opportunities - Support maintenance governance, including development and continuous improvement of maintenance strategies and routines - Coordinate shutdowns, major maintenance campaigns, and critical interventions, ensuring readiness across resources, spares, vendors, and documentation - Lead breakdown management and root cause analyses (RCA), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented - Provide CMMS governance and performance monitoring (SAP / IFS / AMOS), ensuring data integrity and backlog control - Analyse reliability and maintenance data to support asset optimization and risk based maintenance - Act as the primary onshore interface between offshore teams and engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, marine, process, integrity) - Support Management of Change (MoC), operational risk assessments, and SIMOPS activities - Ensure compliance with HSEQ, contractual, and regulatory requirements - Mentor offshore and junior operations personnel and support competence development - Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, efficiency, and cost optimization - Champion nationalization and people development initiatives, where applicableWhat We Are Looking For- 8–12 years of experience in offshore Oil & Gas operations, with strong FPSO/FPU exposure - Minimum 5 years’ offshore O&M asset experience (FPSO/FPU experience strongly preferred) - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, Process, or related Engineering discipline - Strong knowledge of FPSO/FPU operations, production systems, utilities, and maintenance management - Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, IFS, or AMOS - Solid understanding of asset integrity, SECE assurance, and offshore regulatory frameworks - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills - Ability to work calmly and effectively during shutdowns and critical operational events - Collaborative, pragmatic, and delivery focused mindset - Comfortable working in multicultural, multinational offshore environmentsWhat You Can Expect- A senior operational role with real influence on offshore asset performance - Exposure to long-term FPSO/FPU operations in an international setting - A culture focused on safety, integrity, and operational excellence - Opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and capability building - Collaboration with experienced offshore and onshore professionals across disciplinesReady to Operate at the Next Level?If you are a Senior Operations Engineer seeking your next challenge with a respected global operator, we would like to hear from you.
