This role plays a central part in that transition.About the RoleThis role owns a meaningful portion of the inbound revenue engine.The SEO & Growth Operations Specialist is a hands-on growth operator responsible for driving qualified inbound demand and running marketing systems with precision. This is not a content-only SEO role—it is a performance-focused role working across SEO, paid acquisition, marketing automation, and website operations.You will work on real campaigns, real funnels, and real revenue outcomes, partnering closely with content and design teams.Your mission:Operate, optimize, and scale a proven growth engine as it transitions fully in-house.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganic Growth (SEO)- Own keyword strategy and topic clusters across multiple verticals - Optimize solution pages, blogs, and landing pages for high-intent search - Identify organic growth opportunities aligned to buyer needs - Partner with the Copywriter on SEO-driven content - Track rankings, traffic quality, and conversion paths - Execute and continuously refine a structured SEO roadmapPaid Acquisition (LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft)- Operate and optimize paid campaigns across: - LinkedIn Ads - Google Ads (Search & Display) - Microsoft Ads (Bing) - Manage keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, and testing - Collaborate on ad copy and landing page optimization - Monitor CPL, conversion rates, and channel performance - Identify underperforming spend and optimization opportunitiesMarketing Automation & Campaign Operations- Act as a primary marketing automation operator - Build and manage campaigns end-to-end, including: - Landing pages - Forms and lists - Email sequences - Workflows - Ensure campaigns meet QA, governance, and tracking standards - Maintain lifecycle tracking, attribution, and data integrity - Troubleshoot campaign, workflow, and reporting issuesCMS & Website Operations- Work directly in a CMS (e.g., WordPress) to create and optimize pages - Implement on-page SEO elements (titles, metadata, internal links) - Coordinate layout updates with design partners - Manage SEO plugins and basic site hygiene - Execute updates independently without engineering dependency✅ QualificationsRequired- 3–5 years of experience in SEO, growth marketing, or demand generation - Hands-on experience with: - Marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar) - Google Ads (Search-focused acquisition) - Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and/or Microsoft Ads - Ability to build and manage campaigns end-to-end - Working proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms - Strong understanding of: - Keyword research and search intent - On-page SEO - Paid search fundamentals - Landing page and form conversion best practicesPreferred- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments - Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar - Experience supporting multi-vertical or multi-segment marketingWhy This Role Stands Out- Direct ownership of inbound pipeline performance - High accountability and visibility for growth outcomes - Exposure to operations-heavy, compliance-driven SaaS products - Opportunity to help institutionalize an internal growth engine
