Regrip is a growth-stage startup headquartered in Jaipur, leading tyre management and tyre waste solutions in India. Backed by Suniel Shetty, the Government of Rajasthan, and prominent investors, we build tech-driven sustainable solutionsKey Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management in a fast-scaling startup environment. - Handle investor relations, fundraising support (private placements, PE/VC rounds, potential IPO prep), and timely investor reporting/dashboarding. - Oversee accounting, compliance, statutory filings, Tally operations, and internal controls. - Build and own financial models, scenario analysis, KPI tracking, and board-level reports. - Partner closely with the CEO & leadership to drive financial discipline, cost optimization, and scalable growth. - Support fundraising processes end-to-end from pitch decks to due diligence.Must-Have Profile:- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong academic & professional track record. - Proven experience in startups (Pre-Series A or higher funded) — hands-on with investor reporting, fundraising (private equity, venture capital, placements), and financial modelling. - Deep expertise in fundraising, investor relations, IPO readiness, private placements, and investment strategies. - Strong background in finance & accounts operations (Tally, budgeting, forecasting, compliance). - Founder mindset: Hands-on, entrepreneurial, resilient, and able to wear multiple hats in a high-growth setup. - Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
