Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales is responsible for managing the deals with corporates, schools, hospitals, event planners for bulk catering, institutional partnerships, and custom order business by expanding corporate and institutional relationships, achieving defined sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination with operations to deliver an exceptional client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Deal Closure- Prospect, pitch, and close deals with corporates, schools, hospitals, event planners, and institutions. - Generate demand for bulk catering, gifting vouchers, meal programs, and customized orders. - Build a robust pipeline and consistently meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.Key Account Management- Manage large and strategic accounts to drive repeat business and grow wallet share. - Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and renewals with key clients. - Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.Performance Tracking- Analyze sales trends, discounting, pricing opportunities, and customer buying patterns. - Prepare and share MIS reports, forecasts, and performance decks.Cross-Functional Coordination- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and strong service delivery. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders (supply chain, finance, marketing) for custom requirements.Client Support- Addressing client queries, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all corporate and institutional engagements.Qualifications & Experience- Having a minimum bachelor’s degree - 5+ years of experience in corporate/institutional sales - Experience in QSR, retail or hospitality is an added advantage - Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentationsWhat We Offer- Be part of a globally recognized brand - Exposure to digital growth and large-scale operations - Opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience - Exposure to global best practices and strategic decision-making - Work in a high-impact role influencing revenue, customer experience, and brand presence
