We are a funded startup and backed up RPSG Capital Ventures.About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce & q-commerce growth manager who will play a key role in driving business growth and brand development on online marketplaces such as Amazon Marketplace, Amazon Now, Swiggy Instamart, BlinkIt, Flipkart, Firstcry,Big Basket etc. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in managing and maintaining marketplace accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to make a significant impact in a fast-paced digital/e-commerce environment.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketplace strategies to drive revenue growth, aligning with Joint Business Plans (JBP) and achieving monthly and annual business targets. Take full ownership of the scale (growth), profitability and performance of the e-commerce and q-commerce business unit, ensuring end-to-end management and P&L optimization. Utilize keyword research, optimized content, and both paid and unpaid promotions to boost product sales. Design and execute effective promotions to drive sales numbers, enhance visibility, and improve key metrics. Work with multiple teams (lots of co-ordination) Internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations including inventory management Key account managers of the various platforms on growth and to resolve all operational issues. External agencies / freelancers for bulk of the execution work to drive sales. Perform detailed analysis for all platforms to analyse sales trends, conversions, and other key metrics, providing relevant insights and then action on the insights Optimize budget allocation for each platform, track spends effectively, and continuously improve ROI while minimizing customer acquisition costs. Manage product listings and prepare and upload A+ Content, utilizing info-graphics and optimized SEO-rich content along with the internal team membersSkills we are looking for Must Haves: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, specifically managing and maintaining marketplace accounts. 2 years of hands-on experience in end to end q-commerce P&L management. Comprehensive understanding of marketplace operations, processes, fulfilment, marketing strategies, competitive landscape, analytics, reporting, and content management systems. Strong leadership skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in P&L management and accountability, with a focus on strengthening brand consistency across all sales channels. Prior experience in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) or ecommerce industry is mandatory. Proficient in using ecommerce tools and platforms, such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller, Swiggy and Zepto portals etc. is a must. Excellent analytical skills to generate reports, create pivot tables and find insights from data. Strong command over written and spoken English.
