About the roleWe’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Shoot Supervisor / Photographer to lead on-site shoots and ensure smooth execution from planning through delivery.This role combines hands-on photography with shoot supervision, client coordination, and strong data-management discipline. It’s less about creative experimentation and more about keeping complex shoots organized, consistent, and running on time — even under pressure.You’ll be the point person on set, making sure the plan is followed, problems are solved quickly, and the team stays aligned.This is a night shift role.What you’ll be doing- Leading and supervising shoots on site - Acting as the main liaison between the production team and client contacts during shoots - Planning and structuring the week’s shoot schedule in advance - Shooting products when required, maintaining technical consistency and quality - Overseeing on-set workflows to ensure efficiency and smooth handovers - Logging, tagging, and organising image data according to dataset requirements - Ensuring correct data management, backups, and secure transfers - Providing on-site support during night shoots when needed - Troubleshooting issues related to equipment, lighting, data, or workflowWhat you bring- Experience working as a photographer in a structured studio or production environment - Confidence leading small teams on set and keeping shoots organised - Strong understanding of studio lighting, camera systems, and exposure control - High attention to detail in data organisation. - A systematic, process-driven mindset - Comfort working directly with clients and communicating clearly on set - Basic understanding (or curiosity) about AI and how training datasets are used - Calm, solution-oriented attitude when things don’t go as planned - Flexibility to support night shoots and demanding production schedulesPersonality fitWe’re looking for someone who is:- Pragmatic and proactive - Calm under pressure - Comfortable taking responsibility on set - Process-focused rather than creatively precious - Curious, adaptable, and reliable - You don’t need to be a creative perfectionist — what matters most is your ability to think ahead, manage people and data, and ensure shoots run smoothly from start to finish.
