We’re Hiring – Lead, Financial Reporting & MIS (MBA Only) !!!Location: Madhapur, HyderabadMode: Work from OfficeOpenings: 2Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per monthV Rao & Gopi Chartered Accountants (VRG) is expanding its CFO reporting and financial analysis practice and is looking for MBA professionals only to lead high-quality financial reporting engagements for our clients.This role is designed for MBA graduates with prior CFO-office or management reporting exposure who enjoy working closely with business leaders, leading teams, and solving reporting challenges.Mandatory Eligibility: (Please read carefully)- MBA (Finance / Business Analytics / Strategy or related) from a reputed institution - (Christ, Symbiosis, SP Jain, Tier-2 / Tier-3 IIMs, or equivalent) - Experience in CFO-level reporting / management MIS is mandatory - Experience reviewing reports and guiding junior team members - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsNote:- CA qualification is NOT required for this role - Profiles focused on statutory audit, taxation, or compliance are not suitableKey Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and improve CFO-level MIS and financial reports - Lead and support the Hyderabad reporting team - Resolve reporting issues and improve data quality and presentation - Review analyst outputs for accuracy, insights, and clarity - Present reports and insights to clients with confidence - Drive better reporting structures and process improvementsIdeal Candidate:- 5 - 6 years of experience in financial reporting / MIS / CFO office roles - MBA background with a strong business-oriented mindset - High ownership, execution focus, and leadership capability - Looking for long-term growth in a client-facing, analytical role
