Introduction:KCIRI has been getting Projects in the areas of IOT and Electronics with requirement of Web and Smartphone application development. This has necessitating an experienced person to lead such activities with good understanding of the subject. A Project Engineer requires past industrial experience in the areas of product development, project management and reasonable exposure to Web Development, IOT, Cloud Computing & IT Industry.Job Role:- Project Engineer will be actively involved in technical execution of all aspects of the projects like Design, analysis, testing, report writing etc. using state of the art tools - Will be engaged in all phases of the product development lifecycle –a) gathering and analyzing system requirementsb) Developmentc) Participate in the Progress Review and Design review meetingsd) Interact with end-users & suppliers with full understanding of the project goals and needs.Responsibilities:Architecture, Design & Development- Understand project requirements and design online/offline system architecture. - Develop clean, efficient, testable code following best software development practices. - Build responsive layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS. - Integrate data from back-end services, APIs, and databases.Testing, Maintenance & Troubleshooting- Create and execute test plans to ensure system reliability and performance. - Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues. - Maintain, enhance, and scale the existing platform and applications.Documentation & Continuous Improvement- Gather, refine, and document technical requirements. - Identify opportunities to improve system design and functionality. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply relevant innovations.Collaboration & Communication- Work closely with web designers to align UI with visual design intent. - Provide technical support to colleagues and Research Assistants. - Communicate regularly with Centre Management and stakeholders.Education Qualification:B.E Computer Science or B.E. Information TechnologyExperience:- Fresher (For PG Degree Holders) or experience up to 3 years. Exceptional candidates can be exempted from these conditions. - Proven working experience in web programming - Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development - Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills - Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumenSkill Set:- Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, , Javascript - A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.Compensation - ₹ 3.5 - 4 LPA
