Workshops and Programs Lead Ahmedabad, India Full Time RoleRole Overview: Unolona Academy (ULA) is seeking a proactive and hands-on Workshops & Programs Lead to develop, coordinate, and deliver our workshops vertical. The role combines workshop planning and execution with light marketing and business development support to help grow ULA’s outreach and partnerships.Key Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and conduct art, craft and design workshops across formats and audiences. • Liaise with artists, facilitators, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. • Support workshop-related marketing efforts including content inputs, outreach, and collaborations. • Assist in identifying new workshop opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. • Track workshop performance and contribute ideas for improving formats and participation.Profile: • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Comfortable facilitating or co-facilitating workshops. • Interest in arts, crafts, education, and community-led programs. • Basic understanding of marketing, partnerships or business development is a plus • Open to Freshers This is a growth-oriented role for someone who enjoys both creative programming and on-ground execution.Perks • 20% off on ULA Décor Products • Flexible work environment in an atypical office setup • Package: 3.6 - 4 Lakhs per annum + Incentives (Based on experience / qualifications)To apply, send your CV and your portfolio, in a single PDF format on harssimran@
