About PhotonX & WeNextPhotonX Technologies is a fast-growing digital consultancy delivering Webflow, UX/UI, CRO, and modern web experiences to global clients.WeNext.ai is our SaaS platform enabling businesses to grow through WhatsApp automation, conversational commerce, and AI-driven customer engagement.As we scale, we are building a predictable, measurable lead generation system — and this role will own it end-to-end.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising lead generation across outbound and paid channels, with direct ownership of lead quality, pipeline contribution, and acquisition efficiency.This role works closely with founders, sales, and product teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outbound- Design and execute B2B outbound lead generation campaigns using modern cold outreach tools - Build and manage high-quality prospect lists aligned with defined ICPs - Create personalised messaging and outreach sequences that generate sales conversations - Maintain strong deliverability, data hygiene, and campaign performancePaid Acquisition- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for lead generation - Collaborate on landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion journeys - Manage budgets responsibly with clear visibility into acquisition efficiency - Continuously test and refine audiences, creatives, and funnelsFunnel, Qualification & Sales Alignment- Define lead qualification and scoring frameworks - Ensure smooth handoff from marketing to sales - Work closely with sales teams to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion - Optimise funnels based on feedback and performance dataAnalytics & Reporting- Track and analyse key acquisition and funnel metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality) - Implement and maintain tracking frameworks (GA4, UTMs, conversion pixels) - Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insightsMarket Research & Strategy- Identify new lead channels and growth opportunities - Analyse competitor strategies and industry benchmarks - Stay updated on B2B lead generation tools, trends, and best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Have- 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation (agency or SaaS preferred) - Hands-on experience with cold outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Snov, Woodpecker) - Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation - Excellent copywriting skills for outbound messaging, ads, and landing pages - Solid understanding of GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager - Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or Salesforce - Strong analytical mindset with ownership and accountability - Ability to work independently and drive outcomesGood-to-Have- Experience in web development, SaaS, or technology services - LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn outreach experience - Familiarity with marketing automation tools - Basic design skills (Canva/Figma) - Understanding of SEO or content-led lead generation - Experience with lead enrichment toolsSuccess Metrics- Consistent generation of qualified B2B leads aligned with ICP - Efficient acquisition cost and sustainable CAC - Improved lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-deal conversion rates - Clear visibility and reporting on pipeline contributionWhy Join PhotonX & WeNext- High-impact role with ownership of lead generation - Competitive compensation: ₹6–12 LPA + performance-linked incentives - Access to premium tools and modern growth stack - Clear growth path into senior marketing or growth leadership roles - Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid) - Direct collaboration with founders and leadership - A culture focused on outcomes, accountability, and learning
