Instead, we are looking for a brand leader who:- Questions conventional approaches - Experiments thoughtfully - Uses trial, iteration, and insight to determine what actually works for our brand - The ideal candidate enjoys technology and complexity, understands IT services and is motivated by translating technical depth into clear, compelling narratives for enterprise audiences. - This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to refine and scale a brand with intent—and who takes pride in seeing real impact from their work.Key Responsibilities- Own and evolve brand strategy, positioning, ICPs, and buyer personas across CIO, CTO, Product, Operations, and Compliance audiences - Define Damco’s core differentiation and competitive narrative - Build and maintain messaging frameworks, including one-liners, value propositions, service narratives, and tone-of-voice guidelines - Own and govern the visual identity system and brand guidelines across digital, sales, and internal assets - Lead creation and upkeep of core brand assets such as company decks, service decks, case studies, capability brochures, and RFP templates - Build trust and credibility through measurable case studies, testimonials, certifications, and proof points - Drive thought leadership initiatives including whitepapers, POVs, webinars, and executive LinkedIn narratives - Ensure brand consistency across the full customer journey and act as the brand gatekeeper across teamsQualifications- 7–10 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications - Strong background in B2B technology, IT services, SaaS, or consulting - Proven ability to build brand strategy and positioning, not just execute assetsWhy This Role MattersThis is not a logo or social media role.
