The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, answering inquiries regarding products and services, generating sales leads, and closing sales opportunities. The Customer Sales Representative will also maintain customer records, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers - Proficiency in sales techniques and persuasive communication - Customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems - Ability to handle objections and negotiate successfully to meet sales targets - Proven experience in a sales or customer support role is an advantage - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
