Hiring: Civil Procurement Engineer – EPC Civil ConstructionSite Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand️ Project: Commercial Construction – Medical Hospital BuildingExperience: 5–15 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Civil Procurement Engineer to manage procurement activities for a large-scale Medical Hospital Building project. The role involves end-to-end procurement of civil construction materials, vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely material availability in line with EPC project requirements. Coordination with MEP teams will be required to align overall project needs.Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end procurement for civil construction packages in EPC projects - Source and procure civil materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, RMC, finishing materials, and formwork systems - Prepare and review BOQs, RFQs, techno-commercial comparisons, and rate analysis - Finalize vendors through price negotiations and technical/commercial compliance - Coordinate with Planning, QS, Site, MEP, and Stores teams for material requirements and delivery schedules - Ensure timely material delivery as per the construction program - Monitor budget compliance and cost control for procurement packages - Maintain procurement documentation including POs, contracts, GRNs, and vendor records - Support vendor development, evaluation, and performance trackingDesired Candidate Profile- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering - Experience: 5–15 years in Civil Procurement for EPC / building construction projects - Strong exposure to commercial building projects (hospital/institutional experience preferred but not mandatory) - Working knowledge of coordination with MEP teams for integrated project execution - Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills - Familiarity with ERP / procurement tracking systems is an added advantageContact DetailsEmail: sankar.meikandan@Mobile: 95666 53511
