We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant who can significantly increase the CEO’s productivity by managing operations, communication, coordination, and professional brand execution.This is not a traditional calendar-only EA role. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position at the center of a scaling Founder’s Office.Role MissionTo improve the CEO’s effectiveness and output by at least 40% by taking ownership of scheduling, communication, follow-ups, coordination, and CEO-brand initiatives — enabling the CEO to focus on decisions, strategy, and high-impact relationships.Key Responsibilities1. CEO Time and Energy Management- Own and manage the CEO’s calendar with priority-based decision-making - Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel end-to-end - Prepare briefs before key meetings (context, participants, objectives) - Optimize daily and weekly schedules to reduce friction and overload2. Communication and Follow-Ups- Draft emails, messages, and responses in the CEO’s voice - Track important conversations and ensure timely follow-ups - Manage inbound communication (email, LinkedIn, introductions) and route appropriately - Maintain an organized system for tracking key relationships and opportunities3. CEO Personal Brand and Visibility Support- Support LinkedIn and professional social media presence by drafting posts from notes or voice inputs - Coordinate speaking opportunities, panels, awards, and applications - Assist with media interactions, features, and follow-ups - Help convert the CEO’s ideas, talks, and experiences into structured written content4. Founder’s Office Operations- Turn the CEO’s thoughts and directions into structured documents and action plans - Follow up with internal teams on action items discussed in meetings - Prepare summaries and trackers for ongoing initiatives - Act as a coordination bridge between the CEO and cross-functional teamsKey Performance Indicators- Reduction in CEO time spent on administrative and coordination tasks - Timeliness and quality of communication and follow-ups - Consistency and growth of the CEO’s professional brand presence - Meeting preparedness and execution flow - Completion rate of action items driven from the Founder’s OfficeIdeal Candidate Profile- 2–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office Associate, Chief of Staff (junior), or similar high-responsibility coordination role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational ability with attention to detail - Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Workspace, calendars, docs, LinkedIn, scheduling tools) - High ownership mindset — able to anticipate needs rather than wait for instructions - Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and professional - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with evolving prioritiesGood to Have- Experience supporting founders, CXOs, or senior leaders - Interest in branding, storytelling, or media - Experience coordinating events, speaking engagements, or public-facing initiatives - Experience in startup or fast-scaling environmentsWhy This Role Is UniqueYou will work at the center of a high-growth CEO’s world, with exposure to strategy, partnerships, investors, government engagement, and brand-building.
