At Arch Global Services India, we collaborate with teams across the globe to develop and implement solutions that deliver exceptional results for our clients worldwide.Job Description: Senior Business Systems Analyst - GuidewirePosition Overview:The Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter BSA will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing functional specifications, and ensuring successful implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, requiring strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, and experience in insurance domain processes.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering & Analysis:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for PolicyCenter. - Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.Solution Design & Implementation:- Work closely with development teams to design solutions aligned with Guidewire best practices. - Ensure PolicyCenter configurations meet business objectives and compliance standards.Testing & Quality Assurance:- Develop and execute test plans for functional validation. - Support UAT and resolve defects in collaboration with QA and development teams.Documentation & Training:- Maintain comprehensive documentation (requirements, design, test cases). - Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.Stakeholder Management:- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams. - Manage priorities and communicate progress effectively.Qualifications:Education:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience:- 8+ years in Business Analysis with at least 4 years on Guidewire PolicyCenter. - Proven experience in insurance domain (Personal/Commercial Lines).Technical Skills:- Strong understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and workflows. - Familiarity with GOSU scripting, XML, and integration concepts. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).Certifications:- Guidewire PolicyCenter Specialist certification preferred. - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Additional Skills:- Exposure to Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter. - Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git) and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure). - Understanding of rating engines (Insbridge) and data migration processes
