Role OverviewWe are hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to build a fully quantified, data-first growth engine. In this role, every marketing activity-content, campaigns, funnels, CRM, and channels must be measurable, attributable, and tied to business outcomes. The focus is on scalable acquisition, conversion, and retention through continuous experimentation and analytics-led decision-making.Key Responsibilities● Ensure 100% quantification of marketing efforts, with clear metrics, attribution, and ROI for every initiative.● Run data-driven growth experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) across funnels and user journeys.● Optimize end-to-end funnels (SEO/SEM → webinars → counselling → enrolment → retention) using measurable KPIs.● Manage cross-channel growth across SEO, SEM, Email, WhatsApp, Social, and paid media, evaluated on conversions and LTV—not vanity metrics.● Own growth analytics and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and automation platforms (HubSpot or equivalent).● Build automated lifecycle journeys to improve conversion rates, reduce churn, and increase LTV.● Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align funnel metrics, improve close rates, and maximize ROI.● Lead and mentor a growth team and manage specialists/freelancers with clearly defined measurable outcomes.Ideal Candidate● 2–10 years in growth marketing or analytics-led roles in digital businesses.● Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics, attribution, and marketing automation.● Comfortable operating in environments where intuition is secondary to data.● Ability to challenge unquantified ideas and focus on what moves revenue and retention.Target Outcomes (12–18 Months) * Establish a 100% transparent attribution model for all marketing spends.● Optimize the CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) while scaling monthly volumes.● Professionalize the marketing stack to support the 2028-29 IPO roadmap.Ideal Candidate Profile * Experience: 2–10 years of experience.
