Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager – Regulatory Compliance & Projects will oversee regulatory compliance of all product-related content across labels, digital platforms, and marketing communications. The role involves reviewing and approving regulatory content, coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing execution to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Content Oversight- Oversee and ensure that all content on product labels, digital platforms, and marketing communications complies with applicable regulatory guidelines and licensing body requirements. - Review and validate marketing content from a regulatory perspective. - Ensure consistency and accuracy of regulatory content across all touchpoints.Coordination & Execution- Coordinate with designers, content teams, marketing team, website team, sales team, factory and content approvers to ensure regulatory-approved content is correctly implemented on labels and marketing communication materials. - Review artworks labels, final creatives and content prior to release to ensure regulatory compliance.Project & Stakeholder Management- Oversee regulatory content-related projects and track timelines and deliverables. - Effectively communicate and manage internal stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of tasks. - Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in regulatory content processes.Qualifications- Qualification or certification in Project Management - Experience in regulatory content, compliance, or related roles - Strong attention to detail and content review skills - Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities - Sound English Communication
