Job Opening: Assistant Manager – AdmissionsLocation: JammuJob Role & ResponsibilitiesAdmission Sales & Target Achievement- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed admission targets for the assigned region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and key education influencers. - Conduct regular school visits, student presentations, seminars, and workshops. - Organize and manage admission drives, open houses, and promotional events. - Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, fees, scholarships, and admission processes.Team Management- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of admission counselors. - Set individual and team targets and monitor performance regularly. - Provide feedback, training, and performance improvement support.ATL & BTL Marketing Activities- Plan and execute ATL & BTL activities to increase brand visibility and lead generation. - Coordinate print ads, digital marketing, social media campaigns, tele-calling, and on-ground promotions. - Support local marketing initiatives and partnerships.Data Management & Reporting- Track KPIs such as leads, conversions, and admission closures. - Maintain accurate data in CRM systems. - Prepare and submit regular performance and progress reports to management.Eligibility & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5–10 years of experience in admission sales/education marketing. - Strong network with schools, colleges, and education stakeholders. - Proven experience in ATL & BTL campaign execution. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and analytical abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.How to ApplyEmail your CV: sagar.hrd@Contact: 9056978101
