Contract Business System Analyst, Prospect Lifecycle FocusLocation :- PuneThe Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in the Marketing Technology Product Delivery team isresponsible for delivering capabilities within the Product systems.As a technical member of the Scrum team, this role is responsible for the hands-onimplementation and delivery of product solutions. This role collaborates closely with other systemanalysts, developers, testers, and the Product Owner to translate user stories and requirementsinto functional and high-quality solutions within an Agile framework.The ideal candidate will have experience in the following Prospect Life Cycle technologies:● ZoomInfo - advanced● Salesforce - intermediate● Drift -advanced● LeanData - advanced● LinkedIN Sales Navigator - intermediateGeneral Responsibilities● Configure and deploy software components in various environments while stayingup-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.● Collaborate with Martech Product Managers, Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, andRelease Train Engineers to gather and define user stories and acceptance criteria.● Participating in the product delivery of innovation and AI initiatives within the marketingtechnology portfolio and stack● Ensure system performance, availability, security, compliance, and support for themarketing technology portfolio.● Collaborate with the development team to design, refine, implement and documenttechnical solutions.● Conducting unit testing and participating in integration testing to ensure code quality.● Contribute to the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs) for Martechinitiatives● Participate actively in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,sprint reviews, sprint demos, and retrospectivesSpecific Responsibility exampleThe BSA will review backlog tickets prior to refinement and add specific questions from theirtechnical perspective. The BSA will join the refinement ceremony and continue to refine thestory with other BSAs. The BSA will estimate time required to complete the work, and then workindependently on work assigned.● ZoomInfo - Advanced○ Maintain and optimize Buying Groups configurations,○ update field mappings based on business requirements,○ and troubleshoot data enrichment or sync issues.● Salesforce - Intermediate○ Update field configurations and permission sets to support integration changes,○ troubleshoot data flow issues between Salesforce and connected marketingplatforms.● Drift - Advanced○ Update routing rules and playbook targeting based on territory realignments orperformance data,○ and optimize conversation flows based on analytics found in the platform.● LeanData - Advanced○ Maintain and enhance lead/contact routing graphs,○ troubleshoot routing failures,○ and optimize matching rules based on evolving business requirements.● LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Intermediate○ Maintain sync settings and troubleshoot data discrepancies between SalesNavigator and Salesforce.● Marketo - Intermediate○ Adjust lead scoring thresholds and decay rules based on sales feedback,○ and maintain Sales Insight configurations including Interesting Moments andalerts
