We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Executive (Onsite – Agra)We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, optimize product listings, and drive sales performance.Location: Onsite – AgraSalary: Up to ₹25,000 per monthTimings: 10 AM – 7 PMWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayExperience Required: 1–3 yearsKey Responsibilities• Manage product listings, pricing, catalog updates, and inventory on marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content for better visibility and conversions• Monitor daily sales, performance reports, and dashboards• Run and optimize marketplace ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.)• Handle order processing, returns, and seller support issues• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and banners• Manage brand store updates, seasonal campaigns, and promotional setups• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines• Conduct competitor analysis to improve rankings and salesRequirements• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.• Experience with listing optimization, keyword research, and marketplace SEO• Knowledge of Amazon PPC or similar ad platforms preferred• Good analytical skills with Excel / Google Sheets• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
