Experience: 2–6 yearsJoining: Immediate / Short Notice PreferredAbout the RoleWe are an AI-driven technology company building advanced platforms for EMC/EMI testing and enterprise applications. We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator to support our sales team through pre-sales, client coordination, technical demos, and sales operations, ensuring a smooth customer journey from lead to closure.Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, RFQs, and presentations - Conduct or support product demos, proof of concepts, and client discussions - Understand customer requirements and align them with technical capabilities of the AI platform - Coordinate with engineering, testing, finance, and logistics teams - Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers, and client records - Track orders, delivery timelines, and post-sales support requests - Assist in implementation support, onboarding, and initial training - Generate sales reports, MIS, and pipeline updates - Follow up with clients for documentation, payments, and feedback - Participate in trade shows, webinars, and technical events✅ Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Electronics / Electrical or related field - 2+ years experience in Sales Support, Sales Engineering, or Technical Sales - Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills - Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities⭐ Preferred / Added Advantage- Experience in EMC / EMI testing, AI platforms, or technical software products - Exposure to pre-sales or post-sales technical support - Familiarity with AI, SDLC, or engineering environments - Experience working with cross-functional technical teamsWhat We Offer- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology - High-visibility role working closely with sales and engineering leadership - Learning exposure across sales, technology, and customer success
