The role strengthens the bank’s credit risk modelling ecosystem by sourcing, organizing, validating, and continuously improving model input data to meet regulatory expectations and business needs.Working in a data sourcing and quality management team for regulatory credit risk (PD, LGD and EAD) and provision (IFRS9) models.Responsibilities in the Role- Apply domain expertise in cross-functional processes and businesses interactions. - Manage intermediate level case studies and challenges with minimal supervision. - Perform root-cause analysis and resolve any team hurdles. - Identify, develop, and implement process and project enhancements. - Know upstream and downstream processes of clusterRequired Skills/Abilities/ QualificationsThe competency required to perform the role are as follows –- Proven functional and domain proficiency in credit risk model data. - Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, interpretation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to guide the team. - Constant technical and functionality upskilling. - Good SAS and SQL knowledge. - Added advantage to have experience in Python and Power BIEducation:Any Graduation
