We are building a brand that people connect with and remember for its intent.Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Fashion Designer with 1 year of relevant industry experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, an understanding of current trends, and the ability to convert concepts into market-ready designs. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in the end-to-end design process.Key Responsibilities- Assist in conceptualizing and designing seasonal collections across multiple categories. - Create detailed sketches, mood boards, BOM, color palettes, and trend presentations. - Develop accurate technical Flat Illustrations and tech packs with precise garment specifications. - Conduct research on global fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and consumer preferences. - Coordinate with sampling, patternmaking, and production teams for development and approvals. - Participate in garment fittings, record changes, and communicate updates to teams. - Support sourcing activities related to fabrics, trims, and accessories. - Ensure adherence to brand identity, quality expectations, and project deadlines. - Maintain and update the stocks.Required Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fashion Designer or Assistant Designer. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other design tools. - Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and pattern-making fundamentals. - Strong sketching, visualization, and presentation abilities. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred Skills- Experience designing across multiple apparel categories. - Exposure to draping, pattern making, and embellishment techniques. - Understanding of fashion retail processes and production workflows.What We Offer- Opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic, expanding brand. - Hands-on exposure to the complete design cycle from ideation to production. - Health insurance and additional benefits. - A collaborative, innovative, and learning-focused work culture.How to ApplyCandidates can share their updated resume and portfolio at:Teamhr@WhatsApp: 6366226794
