Role SummaryWe’re hiring an Influencer & Brand Development Representative who can create high-performing content, represent the company as a confident brand face, and drive business growth through influencer-led campaigns, partnerships, and lead generation. You’ll be both the on-camera/online presence and a brand development driver, working closely with management, sales, and creative teams to increase visibility, trust, and conversions.What We Offer / Remuneration- 35,000 INR Upwards (Depending on experience)Responsibilities1) Content Creation & Brand Presence (Primary)- Create and publish platform-native content (Reels/Shorts/TikTok, Stories, carousels, YouTube shorts where relevant) aligned to brand guidelines. - Be the “face” of the brand for key videos: on-site shoots, product demos, explainers, customer stories, behind-the-scenes. - Maintain a consistent brand voice and improve content quality over time (hooks, pacing, storytelling, CTAs, thumbnails/covers). - Own basic pre-production: script outlines, shot list, locations, props, and talking points. - Coordinate shoots with internal team or freelancers (videographer/editor) and ensure timely delivery.2) Influencer & Collaboration Growth- Identify, shortlist, and outreach to creators/influencers relevant to the brand’s target audience. - Pitch collaboration concepts and negotiate deliverables (posts, stories, usage rights, timelines, tracking). - Manage influencer relationships: briefing, approvals, content review, posting schedules, and performance reporting. - Build a repeatable influencer pipeline (micro to mid-tier creators) to generate consistent leads and brand lift.3) Brand Development & Sales Support- Actively generate and qualify leads through content funnels, DMs, comments, inbound inquiries, events, and partnerships. - Convert interest into measurable outcomes: booked calls, store visits, sign-ups, enquiries, quotations, or sales (depending on your business model). - Represent the company at events, partner meetings, and community activations when needed. - Collect customer feedback and market insights; share actionable suggestions for product/offer improvements.4) Performance & Reporting- Track weekly KPIs: output volume, engagement, reach, CTR, leads generated, cost per lead (if applicable), conversion rates. - Run simple experiments: A/B hooks, formats, topics, CTA styles, and posting schedules. - Maintain a content calendar and pipeline to ensure consistent output.Typical deliverables• Discovery summary and strategy brief (goals, audience, positioning, success metrics).• Sitemap, page intent map, and key user journeys.• Messaging framework and content/story flow per core page and landing page.• Social strategy: pillars, channel mix, cadence, campaign themes, and KPI plan.• Creative direction for content production (reels scripts, carousel outlines, ad concepts).• Measurement notes: KPIs, reporting cadence, and iteration plan.Requirements (Must-Have)- Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation and influencer work (employment or self-employment). - Proven portfolio showing on-camera confidence and/or strong content performance (links required). - Strong understanding of short-form content formats, trends, and platform best practices. - Good communication skills: able to represent the brand professionally online and in person. - Comfortable with lead-generation and basic sales conversations (DM handling, call booking, follow-up). - Ability to manage your own workflow, deadlines, and content pipeline with minimal supervision.Preferred (Nice-to-Have)- Experience negotiating influencer collaborations and usage rights. - Basic editing skills (CapCut/Premiere/Rush) or ability to brief editors clearly. - Experience in performance marketing support (boosting posts, basic ad knowledge) is a plus. - Experience working with brand guidelines, tone-of-voice, and campaign execution.Core competencies- Charismatic, confident, and authentic on camera. - Strong storytelling and persuasion without sounding “salesy.” - Organized: can run calendars, maintain consistent posting, and track results. - Professional online presence and good judgment (brand safety). - Negotiation and relationship-building skills.Success metrics (what great looks like)- Consistent content output (e.g., 12–20 short videos/month + stories/posts as needed) - Growth in qualified inbound enquiries/leads - Collaboration pipeline: outreach → deals → posted campaigns - Conversion actions: booked meetings, store visits, trials, sales, or proposals sent - Brand growth: reach, engagement rate, saves/shares, follower growth (secondary to leads)Reporting & collaboration- Reports to Social Media Manager & COO
