Collaboration, creativity, and quality are at the core of everything we do.⸻The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead high-impact projects and mentor design teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Nallagandla office, ideal for a professional who brings strong design leadership, technical depth, and end-to-end project ownership.⸻Key Responsibilities• Design Leadership & Concept Development Lead the conceptualization and execution of interior design projects, ensuring design intent, functionality, and aesthetic excellence are consistently achieved. • Technical Expertise & Documentation Oversee and produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution on site. • Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary design point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and vendors, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Project Ownership & Delivery Manage multiple projects simultaneously, driving them from concept to handover while maintaining schedules, budgets, and design integrity. • FF&E Strategy & Specification Lead FF&E selection, specifications, and coordination, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget considerations. • Team Collaboration & Mentorship Guide and mentor junior designers, review design outputs, and contribute to building strong internal design processes.⸻What We’re Looking ForA senior-level design professional with a strong portfolio, leadership mindset, and proven ability to deliver complex interior projects.Essential Skills & Experience • Extensive experience in space planning, interior design, and design execution • Strong command over architectural and construction documentation • Excellent client-facing and communication skills • Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage multiple stakeholders • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent design tools⸻Preferred Qualifications • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • 5–8+ years of professional experience in interior design or related roles • Experience handling end-to-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is a strong advantage⸻Work Location RequirementThis is a full-time, on-site position based at our Nallagandla office.
