The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and videos across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design- Design creatives for social media, websites, presentations, emailers, brochures, and marketing materials - Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual assets - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visualsVideo Editing- Edit promotional, informational, and social media videos - Add graphics, animations, captions, transitions, and sound effects as required - Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, etc.)Creative Collaboration- Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines - Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently - Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practicesRequired Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar) - Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Creative mindset with attention to detailPreferred Qualifications- Experience working with corporate or consultancy brands - Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations - Familiarity with social media design and video formatsWhat We Offer- Opportunity to work with a growing and professional organization - Creative freedom and exposure to diverse projects - Supportive team environment - Competitive salary based on experience
