JD:-Exp - 4 to 7 YearsLocation - PuneNotice - Immediate to 30 DaysKey Responsibilities:- Runbook-Driven Execution: Execute resolution steps strictly as defined in runbooks for incidents, alerts, and service requests. Ensure all actions are documented and traceable. - Runbook Maintenance & Enhancement: Regularly review, update, and suggest improvements to runbooks to reflect operational learnings and changes. - Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Apply a structured and analytical approach to identify, isolate, and resolve issues. - Incident & Service Request Handling: Manage incidents and requests efficiently within agreed SLAs, prioritizing resolution using documented workflows. - Monitoring & Alert Response: Act on system alerts and events by following structured response procedures and escalating where necessary. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations leads, engineers, and support teams to ensure effective resolution and knowledge sharingTechnical Skills & Experience:- Incident & Service Request Resolution: Hands-on experience in handling incidents and resolving service requests efficiently within defined SLAs. - Runbook Execution & Maintenance: Ability to follow, update, and improve runbooks to ensure streamlined operations and troubleshooting. - Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and apply effective fixes. - Monitoring & Alert Response: Experience in using monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve issues. - Basic Scripting & Automation (Preferred): Basic SQL knowledge, familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate repetitive operational tasks. - Cloud & Infrastructure (Preferred): Basic understanding of AWS services, basic Databricks knowledge, infrastructure management, and CI/CD pipelines is an asset.Must have Skills:- Incident & Service Request Resolution: Hands-on experience in handling incidents and resolving service requests efficiently within defined SLAs. - Runbook Execution & Maintenance: Ability to follow, update, and improve runbooks to ensure streamlined operations and troubleshooting. - Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and apply effective fixes. - Monitoring & Alert Response: Experience using monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve issues.Regards,Kumar g
