TresVista’s services include investment diligence, industry research, valuation, fund administration, accounting, and data analytics.Role OverviewThe Vice President – CRM Strategy & Operations will be responsible to lead the transformation and optimization of its customer relationship management ecosystem. The individual will be instrumental in enhancing client engagement, driving data-backed decision-making, and enabling scalable growth across service lines, geographies and sectors. The candidate should have deep expertise in CRM platforms, client lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong understanding of the financial services outsourcing landscape.Key Role Deliverables:- CRM Strategy & Design - Architect and oversee TresVista’s CRM roadmap to support client acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion - Align CRM initiatives with business goals across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Client Success functions - Define and document CRM functionalities aligned with business objectives across sales, account management, and customer success - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities in current CRM processes - Implementation & Integration - Work closely with the Software team and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate implementation of CRM features - Oversee system integration with other platforms (e.g., marketing automation, ERP, support tools, etc.) thereby ensuring optimization for lead management, pipeline visibility, and client intelligence - Data & Dashboard Management - Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs across sales and account management - Establish data governance protocols and ensure CRM data integrity, consistency, and usability for performance tracking and forecasting - User Enablement & Training - Develop SOPs, training materials and conduct sessions to onboard and upskill CRM users - Act as the internal CRM champion, promoting adoption and best practices - Continuous Improvement - Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous improvement - Monitor CRM usage and performance, recommending enhancements based on user feedback and evolving business needs - Stay updated on CRM trends and technologies to future-proof the systemPrerequisites:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset - Strong eye for detail with a focus on quality and accuracy - Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies - Expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation, and data visualization tools - Proven success in scaling CRM programs and driving measurable impact - Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal) - Collaborative mindset with an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude - Well-versed with Excel and PowerPointExperience:7+ years of experience in CRM, client experience, sales or marketing operations, preferably in financial services or B2B professional services.Education:Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Related fieldCompensation:The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
