Our AI powered platform helps businesses automate & streamline Regulatory Compliance initiatives. We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, scale customer acquisition, and optimize conversion strategies.Role Overview:As the Growth Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing a scalable marketing playbook to accelerate revenue. You will leverage data-driven strategies across SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and other digital channels to fuel our startup's growth. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with B2B SaaS companies, understands the startup environment, and is adept at both strategic planning and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a data-driven growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention. - Create and optimize marketing funnels, ensuring seamless user journeys from awareness to conversion. - Own and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic traffic and paid campaign performance. - Develop email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions. - Manage and grow social media channels to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. - Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align growth strategies with overall company goals. - Analyze and report on key performance metrics, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement. - Stay updated on the latest B2B SaaS marketing trends and best practices.Qualifications & Experience:- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup environment. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing channels. - Deep expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing. - Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM/Marketing automation platforms. - Experience running and optimizing A/B tests and CRO strategies. - Ability to manage and optimize performance marketing budgets efficiently. - Strong communication and project management skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and wearing multiple hats when needed.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to lead and shape growth strategy for a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS startup. - A collaborative and dynamic team that values innovation and creativity. - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Flexible work environment.Work Experience- 5–8 years (B2B SaaS) - Background or experience with electronic product BoMs is desiredIf you are passionate about growth marketing and want to make a direct impact on scaling a high-potential B2B SaaS company, we’d love to hear from you!Apply now by sending your resume to talents@ and a brief cover letter to info at Company website:-
