Role OverviewAs a BIM Coordinator, you will oversee day-to-day BIM implementation on live Prestige projects, ensuring strict compliance with Prestige-specific processes, BIM use cases, and BIM standards. You will be responsible for producing accurate and clash-free federated models to support design reviews, procurement, construction sequencing, and site execution. This role requires close coordination with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to deliver projects efficiently with high digital quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Enforce Prestige-specific BIM processes, standards, and use cases across all assigned projects. - Coordinate multi-disciplinary models (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Façade) into a federated project model. - Run clash detection exercises and drive timely issue resolution with consultants. - Support consultants in extracting 2D drawings, GFCs, and quantity take-offs for procurement and execution. - Conduct rigorous model audits to enforce Prestige Standards. - Audit and validate models to guarantee alignment with Prestige Standards. - Perform model audits to uphold Prestige Standards across all deliverables. - Audit models systematically to maintain Prestige Standards compliance Assist in 4D scheduling (time-linked models) and 5D costing to integrate BIM with project timelines and budgets. - Ensure Field Management workflows are executed in the CDE; provide training and support to site teams. - Maintain model version control and ensure alignment with BEPs and Prestige BIM standards. - Create visualizations, simulations, and walkthroughs for project stakeholders. - Support site teams in services coordination, rebar detailing, façade execution, and timeline optimization using BIM data.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. - 5–8 years of proven BIM coordination experience on large-scale real estate projects (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, etc). - Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and exposure to 4D/5D tools, CDE platforms, and As-Built model development. - Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards and Indian BIM practices.Key Skills- Detail-oriented with strong technical coordination capabilities. - Effective communication with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams. - Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously. - Proactive in problem-solving, with a focus on improving time, cost, and quality outcomes through BIM.
