Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, ensuring the timely execution of shipments, and maintaining communication with clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon and involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.Qualifications- Proven experience in Sales Coordination and freight Operations to assist in managing documentation, quotes, and follow-ups - Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS - Handle customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams - Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and build lasting relationships - Basic understanding of freight forwarding sales processes and operations within the logistics or freight forwarding industry - Proficiency in using MS Office tools and other relevant software - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
