In this role, you will deliver data-driven insights to improve customer satisfaction, enhance loyalty, and shape business strategy. You will mentor a team, deploy advanced ML models, and collaborate with stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with customer-centric goals.Responsibilities- Lead in-depth analysis of complex data sets to uncover actionable insights and trends. - Develop and deploy predictive models to forecast business outcomes and support decision-making processes. - Apply optimization techniques to improve business processes and resource allocation. - Design and implement decision support systems that enable stakeholders to make data driven decisions. - Design and analyze experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and interventions. - Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities. - Stay abreast of advancements in data science, machine learning, and decision science to enhance analytical capabilities. - Assess the impact of data-driven decisions on key business metrics and outcomes and iterate on models and strategies accordingly.Qualifications- Education: Master’s or bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, or a quantitative field.Required Skills- Technical Expertise - Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience integrating ML models into scalable solutions. - Strong knowledge of machine learning, NLP, and statistical modeling techniques. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks).- Functional Skills - Expertise in customer behavior analysis, segmentation, and predicting satisfaction metrics such as NPS. - Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills to align analytics solutions with business goals. - Proven ability to deliver impactful solutions that improve customer experience.- Behavioral Skills - Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and inspire a team of data scientists. - Exceptional communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making.Preferred Skills- Experience: 8+ years in data science, with leadership in customer experience or analytics projects. - Bonus Skills: Experience with cloud platforms, data visualization tools, and GenAI applications.Pay range and compensation packageAttractive remuneration package includes:- Salary as per agreed compensation structure - Tuition Assistance - Great Working Environment - Spread your wings and take ownership of your career with opportunities to advance through internal promotions, job rotations, and cross-functional projects. - Complimentary 24/7 access to our learning platforms to support you in becoming who you want to be - Work-life balance programs including hybrid work arrangement.
