ADP is hiring a Transformation Manager within the Global Finance Transformation OfficeADP is interviewing now for Oracle Order-to-Cash (OTC) Transformation Leaders. This future ADP Leader will have deep experience driving order to cash transformation discussions with line of business stakeholders, developing a roadmap and implementation strategy using next generation Oracle Order-to-Cash solutions and articulating clear business outcomes and benefits. The ideal candidate should have experience in Oracle or SAP implementations or migration and deployment of these solutions. The role will require excellent communication skills and will be tasked with leading business driven conversations at all organizational levels from analyst to the C-Suite. The candidate will be an individual contributor. The position will roll up to the Transformation Director.Here's what you can expect on a typical day:- Actively support the delivery of the Operations Development Strategy for Finance to facilitate identification of org/ job redesign and/or business process re-engineering opportunities to support the strategic direction. Collaborate directly with the Business Unit (BU) and Finance Leadership to develop actionable roadmaps, operational frameworks, and value delivery accountable to the BU for the overall delivery of a portfolio of products and capabilities - Responsible to guide the Data Stewards and Analysts on any data related understanding. You may also be expected to conduct data exploration workshops and be responsible for creating Business Blueprint/rules that capture manual processes and provide advice on end-to-end process improvement and automation. - Facilitate major business process re-engineering or org/ job redesign projects to influence aspects of the business that relate to operational efficiency and effectiveness, increase available capacity, improve accuracy and timeliness, redesign roles and functions. - Facilitate proper documentations of policies & procedures (including process flow charts) for processes in review, in accordance with best practices, and ensure proper governance framework. - Inculcate an open and continuous improvement (CI) mindset and change behavior through deploying Business Process Management practices throughout the BU(s) supported to drive distinctive customer experience. You will also be expected to ensure improvement methodology and tools are utilized effectively to achieve maximum results. - Implement, track and report BUs’ performance from a project management perspective and ensure project goals are on budget and on schedule. - You'll speak to internal stakeholders to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions.REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESTo be able to succeed as a Transformation Manager with ADP, you will be expected to show that you can realize the purpose, objectives, and obligations of the role by meeting certain requirements, including qualities, qualifications, experience, etc. You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems. A Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems or a Ph.D in the relevant field will be given high priority. - It is vital that the applicant be at least Six Sigma Green Belt certified or similar and possess experience in being able to apply the Six Sigma tools during the process analysis. The ideal candidate should be able to drive business process workshops (with at least 5 attendees within a function or across functions) and perform process mapping and gap analysis. Experience of having supported a Product Owner will be highly preferred. He/she should be able to bring along industry best practices of Oracle (or similar ERP) deployment in a large enterprise. - 3+ years of driving transformation in a single function in a small-to-mid sized organization with a minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation (Oracle, SAP or equivalent) from project preparation to go-live. - A minimum of 2 years of experience with process mapping (as-is/to-be), gap analysis and establishment of operating models in a Finance function.Experience in any QTC or related functions (e.g., Sales, Contracting, Ordering, Billing and Renewals) will carry significant weightage. Broad business development and pre-sales background is desirable. - The role is required to frequently interact with senior Finance leadership (SVP and above) and it is imperative that the candidate demonstrate excellent written as well as verbal communication skills for effective presentation of both technical and non-technical information to audience from a varying background - Ability to successfully prioritize workload and execute tasks when faced with tight deadlines - Experience of having held an “internal controls” role in a single sub-function - Experience of supporting a small portfolio of 3-4 projects while managing conflicting priorities. - Formal or informal Change Management knowledge and experience.PREFERRED SKILLS- 1+ years of Project Management experience with a Project Management qualification like Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent experience - Familiarity with data management or data governance principles and awareness of Critical Data Elements and KPIs - Six Sigma Black Belt / LEAN or equivalent - 1+ years of experience with digital business process transformation - Formal or informal Solution Design experience - Domain knowledge of the broader supply chain is a plus - Experience working in Agile projects will be an added advantage
