The highly subsidised fees, high-quality medical education, and recognition from prestigious organisations such as the World Health Organisation, World Directory of Medical Schools, Medical Council of India, and ECFMG make Russia a preferred destination for Indian students.Job Overview:The Branch Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the assigned branch and ensure smooth workflow across counselling, admissions, marketing, and administrative functions.Key Responsibilities:Branch Operations & Coordination:- Oversee daily functioning of the branch, including counselling, admissions support, and administrative activities.- Ensure coordination between counsellors, telecallers, the admission team, and the corporate office.- Manage student walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups.- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.Team Leadership & Performance Management:- Supervise branch staff and monitor performance.- Provide training and support to counsellors and telecallers.- Ensure timely completion of targets and branch tasks.- Foster a positive work environment.Student Support & Counselling Oversight:- Ensure counsellors provide accurate guidance on study abroad options.- Help resolve escalations and documentation challenges.- Coordinate with students and parents throughout the admission and visa cycle.Communication & Coordination with Corporate Office:- Serve as the main point of contact between the branch and the head office.- Coordinate on marketing campaigns, events, and admission drives. - Share regular performance reports- Events, Marketing & Outreach:- Organise seminars, counselling camps, and promotional events.- Collaborate with institutes and partners to increase visibility.- Support branch-level marketing initiatives.Compliance & Documentation:- Ensure adherence to company policies and documentation standards.- Verify student documents before forwarding for processing.- Maintain branch assets and office inventory.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s is an advantage.- 1–5 years of experience in operations, counselling, or team management.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.- Leadership qualities and a customer-focused mindset.
