We partner with leading insurers to deliver value, transparency, and service excellence across all lines of insurance.Role Objective:To ensure timely recovery of brokerage from insurers, maintain accurate reconciliation of accounts, and support smooth financial operations through proactive follow-ups and record management.Key Responsibilities:- Follow up regularly with insurance companies for pending brokerage payments and statements. - Maintain insurer-wise brokerage reconciliation statements and ensure timely updates. - Track policy issuance, endorsement, and brokerage receivable timelines. - Identify and resolve discrepancies between Insugo and insurer records. - Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and finance teams for accurate data flow. - Prepare and circulate periodic brokerage recovery status reports. - Escalate long-pending or disputed cases to management for resolution. - Maintain documentation and audit trails for all receivables and communications. - Support finance team in month-end closing and MIS preparation.Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of insurance brokerage and accounting processes. - Proficiency in MS Excel and reconciliation tools. - Attention to detail and analytical mindset. - Excellent communication and follow-up skills. - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (insurers, sales teams, and accounts).Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in an insurance broking or financial services environment. - Familiarity with insurer portals and brokerage statements is an added advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- % Brokerage Recovery achieved vs. target. - Timeliness of reconciliations and reporting. - Reduction in outstanding brokerage beyond 60/90 days. - Accuracy of records and audit compliance
