Role Description This full-time, on-site Sound Engineer role is based in Singrauli, where you will work on managing audio recording, editing, mixing, and broadcasting for Radio Urja 89.6 FM. Responsibilities include setting up and testing audio equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring sound quality during live and recorded broadcasts, and collaborating with content creators to achieve optimal sound output. The role also involves maintaining audio systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in working with microphones and expertise in audio engineering Experience in sound design and handling audio-visual (AV) systems Knowledge of acoustics and techniques to optimize sound quality Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with content creators and production teams Relevant certifications or a degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Design, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in media, broadcasting, or audio production is advantageous. Candidates with experience of more than an year will be preferred.
