Himachal Pradesh is a key expansion market for us, and this role plays a pivotal part in building a high-quality hill home portfolio across the state. The Opportunity As the Homes Acquisition Manager , you will be the on-ground growth driver for Da Alohas in Himachal Pradesh. You will identify, pitch, negotiate, and onboard premium villas, chalets, cottages, apartments, and boutique stays. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role ideal for someone who enjoys deal-making, relationship building, and shaping a market from the ground up. What You Will Own Build the Himachal Portfolio Source and onboard high-potential vacation homes suitable for short-term rentals Build a strong pipeline via local brokers, developers, homeowners, referrals, and market intelligence Conduct property visits and evaluate homes against Da Alohas quality and revenue benchmarks Win Homeowners’ Trust Pitch Da Alohas’ end-to-end vacation rental management and revenue optimization model Educate owners on earning potential, seasonality, and long-term benefits Structure and close deals across revenue share, fixed lease, and hybrid models End-to-End Onboarding Own the onboarding journey from first meeting to property go-live Coordinate with internal teams for photography, pricing, listings, and operations Ensure contracts, documentation, and compliance are completed seamlessly Market Intelligence Track ADRs, occupancies, seasonality, and competitive landscape in Himachal Share insights with leadership to sharpen acquisition and pricing strategies Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with homeowners, brokers, caretakers, and local stakeholders Ensure strong owner satisfaction during the initial post-onboarding phase Who We’re Looking For Education & Experience MBA / BBA / Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related fields 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property acquisition, hospitality sales, or business development High-potential freshers with a strong sales mindset and local knowledge may also be considered Skills & Traits Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Excellent communication in English and Hindi (local dialect knowledge is a plus) Comfortable with extensive field work and travel across hill locations Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and highly accountable Familiarity with Airbnb, vacation rentals, or hospitality is a strong advantage Local Advantage Candidates based in Himachal Pradesh with existing broker or homeowner networks will be strongly preferred What We Offer Competitive fixed salary + highly attractive acquisition-linked incentives Opportunity to build and scale Da Alohas’ Himachal portfolio from scratch High autonomy, fast decision-making, and direct access to leadership Deep exposure to vacation rentals, revenue management, and hospitality growth Clear growth path as Da Alohas expands across India The Ideal Candidate You are ambitious, street-smart, and energized by building something tangible.
