The role involves managing delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance across multiple IT requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters to ensure timely and quality deliveriesHandle end-to-end delivery for Domestic IT Staffing (C2H / Permanent)Act as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure SLA adherencePlan, allocate, and track requirements across the teamMonitor team performance, productivity, and closuresConduct daily/weekly reviews, mentoring, and performance improvementsResolve delivery challenges, escalations, and client issuesEnsure compliance, documentation, and MIS reportingDrive process improvements and best recruitment practicesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience in Domestic IT StaffingMandatory team handling / people management experienceExcellent client management and stakeholder communication skillsGood understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market trendsStrong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilitiesGraduation mandatory (MBA/HR preferred)What We Offer:Leadership role with high ownershipStable work environment and growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation with performance incentives
