We are building a global enterprise AI product and are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer who can bridge design and engineering to create intuitive, scalable, and high-performing user experiences.Role OverviewAs a UI/UX Developer, you will own the end-to-end experience of the product—from user research and interaction design to building responsive, production-ready UI using modern frontend technologies. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend/AI engineers to design and implement seamless, intuitive, and data-driven user interfaces for a complex SaaS platform.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design thinking and hands-on UI development, rather than just visual design or pure coding.Key Responsibilities:UX Responsibilities:Own end-to-end UX design for a SaaS-based AI platformDesign user journeys, task flows, and information architecture for complex workflowsConvert product requirements into wireframes, interaction models, and clickable prototypesSimplify AI-driven features (agents, automations, analytics) into intuitive UX flowsConduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluationsCreate personas, journey maps, and UX documentationDefine and maintain UX standards, patterns, and experience guidelinesAdvocate for UX in product discussions, sprint planning, and design reviewsContinuously improve UX based on user feedback and product analyticsUI Development Responsibilities:Build responsive, scalable UI for a SaaS-based AI platform using React & Next.jsDevelop complex dashboards, workflows, and admin panelsTranslate Figma designs into clean, reusable, production-ready componentsImplement state management, role-based UI, and dynamic data renderingOptimize UI for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibilityIntegrate REST APIs and handle async data flowsWork closely with UX and backend teams to ensure seamless product integrationContribute to building a design system and reusable component libraryMaintain code quality through reviews, documentation, and best practicesRequired Skills (Must-Have)UX Skills:Strong proficiency in Figma (UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, design systems)Deep understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction designExperience designing SaaS / B2B enterprise platformsStrong knowledge of Information Architecture (IA) and User Flow ModelingHands-on experience with UX research methods:User interviewsUsability testingJourney mappingPersona creationAbility to design for data-heavy dashboards and enterprise applications.UI / Frontend Skills:React.js (Hooks, Context API, component architecture)Next.js (SSR, routing, performance optimization)JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScriptHTML5, CSS3, SCSSModern CSS frameworks: Tailwind / Material UI / Ant DesignREST API integration and async data handlingState management: Redux, Zustand, or React QueryGit / GitHub / GitLab version controlPreferred Experience (Highly Desirable):Experience designing/building UI for AI-powered products (chatbots, copilots, automation tools, analytics dashboards)Understanding of real-time interactions, streaming responses, and AI feedback loopsExperience with multi-tenant SaaS productsPrior experience in product-based startupsKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)Experience with analytics tools like Hotjar, GA, MixpanelExposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworksFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of micro-frontend architectureQualifications:4–7 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and frontend developmentProven experience in SaaS or enterprise product designStrong portfolio showcasing UX problem-solving, workflows, and product thinkingAbility to independently own UX from concept to launchExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environmentWork Culture:Work from Office (Madhapur, Hyderabad)Fast-paced AI product startup environmentHigh ownership, high visibility, and high impact roleCollaborative cross-functional teamwork
