The Transformation Leader is responsible for driving end-to-end operational transformation across Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance carrier & broker operations. The role focuses on improving efficiency, scalability, service quality, and profitability through process redesign, digitization, operating model changes, and data-driven decision making.The role would be responsible for the effective delivery of the Transformation Roadmaps and projects for the clients with a distinctive focus on deploying digital technologies like Robotics, Machine Learning, Intelligent automations, Generative AI, etc. by working with cross-functional global teams to favourably impact to the business outcomes of the customer.Responsibilities1. Operational Transformation• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across core broker operations, including:• Policy placement & renewals• Endorsements & mid-term adjustments• New business onboarding• Claims coordination & servicing• Carrier interactions and compliance• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost drivers; redesign processes using Lean / Six Sigma principles.• Standardize workflows across lines of business, geographies, and acquired broker entities.2. Digital & Automation Enablement• Drive adoption of digital tools, workflow platforms, and automation (RPA, OCR, straight-through processing).• Partner with IT, vendors, and Insurtech to modernize broker management systems (BMS), CRM, and document management.• Enable data integration between carriers, brokers, and internal systems.3. Operating Model & Organization Design• Define target operating models aligned to growth, M&A, and client segmentation strategies.• Optimize role clarity, spans of control, and sourcing models (onshore/offshore/shared services).• Support post-merger integration for acquired brokerages.4. Performance & Analytics• Establish operational KPIs and dashboards (e.g., turnaround time, hit ratios, cost per policy, error rates).• Embed performance management routines and continuous improvement culture.• Use data to drive prioritization of transformation initiatives.5.
