This role will work closely with internal teams and external brands/vendors to ensure that all visibility touchpoints committed in commercial agreements are accurately executed, launched on time, and properly documented.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with an interest in marketing operations and e-commerce. This is a junior-level role, well-suited for candidates at the start of their careers who are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced commercial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Ads Operations team in maintaining strong relationships with external brands and vendorsEnsure all visibility and media touchpoints promised in contractual agreements are executed as plannedCoordinate campaign go-lives and track timelines to ensure timely and accurate executionBrief internal creative teams on campaign and asset requirementsCreate and manage campaign links where requiredShare Proof of Execution (POE) with external stakeholders post-campaignCommunicate campaign details, updates, learnings, and insights to relevant partnersTrack multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detailAssist with basic reporting, coordination, and operational follow-ups as neededQualifications0–1 year of experience in brand operations, campaign execution, marketing operations, account support, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailProactive mindset with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectivelyClear and professional communication skillsComfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams and external stakeholdersBasic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital advertising is a plusWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
