Role: Chief of Staff - Office of the ChairmanPreferred Location: India This Executive will represent the office of the Chairman and be responsible for leading multifaceted internal, external, media, and community partnerships, M&A, and private equity activities that further our strategic goals and brand priorities. The executive will create and execute Communications strategies across the company to drive strong messaging and brand building. This individual will serve as the ‘Voice of the Chairman’ in important corporate matters as designated by the Chairman. This individual will help plan the Chairman’s Day in conjunction with other business leaders. Duties include, but are not limited to: Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for providing strategic planning, advisory, and decision-making support to the office of the Chairman.Act as a trusted advisor to the Chairman on private equity and M&A activities, driving cross-functional coordination, diligence processes, and execution of strategic transactions.Support in creating operating model development and implementation, organizational design, performance metrics development, employee engagement, M&A, and culture change.Work closely with the Strategy Execution office and coordinate Chairman reviews and plans.Develop and manage a communications strategy for the office of the Chairman that includes Internal/External communications, social media/Blogs writing, media relations, board matters, corporate events, Speech Writing and Editing, employee engagement, reputation management, and stakeholder communications.Develop, manage, and execute the Office of the Chairman’s communications that includes Monthly/quarterly/Annual townhalls messaging across all company holdings.Responsible for analyzing clients' earning reports, research, client interactions, and client dealsSupport the team as it delivers communications counsel, strategy and support to line of business leads and their teams for marketing of products and services, branding, reputation management, and crisis communications.Write Services, product, and customer news, media pitches, customer and partner initiatives.Interact and work collaboratively with cross-functional employee communications/PR/marketing groups, sales, and operations teams. Required Education and Skills:MBA/ Educational degree from a top-reputed business school.Must have prior experience serving as a Chief of Staff to a C-level executive within private equity, management consulting, or a large IT services organization.Experience working with all levels of management, including senior executives.Experience in developing and executing multi-channel strategic communications plans.Highly creative/out-of-the-box thinking with excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, decision-making, analytical skills, combined with the ability to execute and deliver results quickly.Good understanding of digital business and digital technologies.
