Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in executing and supervising aluminium doors, windows, and interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project execution, quality assurance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders at project sites in and around Bangalore.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and execute installation of aluminium doors, windows, partitions, and glazing systems as per drawings and specifications.Oversee interior fit-out works, including false ceilings, modular partitions, and finishing activities.Conduct site inspections to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to resolve site issues.Verify measurements and ensure correct installation of fabricated components.Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and update progress regularly.Ensure compliance with safety norms and company protocols.Participate in client and consultant meetings for project updates and technical clarifications.Requirements:B.E. in Civil Engineering2–3 years of site execution experience, preferably in aluminium/glass and interior worksWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading architectural/structural drawingsGood understanding of installation techniques for aluminium systems and interior finishesStrong communication and site coordination skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksWillingness to travel within Bangalore project sitesPreferred:Exposure to façade engineering or modular aluminium systemsExperience with commercial, residential, or institutional interior fit-outsKnowledge of project planning and vendor managementJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
