Centre Head or Center Manager – Pre-School (Female)The Center Head or Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children, and leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.Ensure effective implementation of the ECCE curriculum.Manage, mentor, and supervise teachers, caregivers, and support staff.Conduct classroom observations and support teacher development.Handle parent interactions, counselling, and grievance resolution.Drive admissions, enrolment growth, and retention.Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and open-house events.Ensure child safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance.Maintain records, reports, and coordination with management.Required SkillsStrong leadership and people-management skillsKnowledge of Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE)Excellent parent-handling and communication skillsOperational and administrative capabilityAdmissions and outreach experienceProblem-solving and multitasking abilityQualifications;Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education.Preferred Skills;Experience with curriculum development.Knowledge of child development principles.
